Leadership doesn’t fail people.
Systems do.
I partner with nonprofit executives, boards, and leadership teams to strengthen governance, align leadership, and design organizations built for long-term impact—especially in complex, high-stakes environments.
Grounded in the Lead to Liberate™ philosophy, my work ensures leaders know their roles, decisions are clear, and leadership systems actually function the way they’re meant to.
WHO I SERVE
I partner with leaders and organizations committed to building stronger, more aligned, and sustainable institutions.

Signature Offering
Black Executive Leadership Academy (BELA)
The Black Executive Leadership Academy (BELA) is a flagship leadership experience designed for Black nonprofit executives and board leaders who are navigating complexity while carrying the weight of vision, responsibility, and impact. This work goes beyond traditional leadership development by centering the realities of governance, power, and decision-making within nonprofit organizations.
Through a structured and immersive experience, BELA supports leaders in strengthening clarity, aligning leadership across roles, and building the internal conditions necessary for effective and sustainable organizations. Participants engage deeply with strategy, governance, and leadership practice in ways that are immediately applicable to their day-to-day work.
More than a program, BELA is a space for reflection, alignment, and transformation—equipping leaders to lead with confidence, make informed decisions, and build organizations that are not only functional, but enduring.
Fractional C-Suite Leadership Access
Fractional C-Suite Leadership Access provides organizations with embedded, on-demand support from experienced executive leaders, including EDs/CEOs, COOs, and CFOs. This model allows organizations to access high-level strategic leadership without the commitment or cost of full-time executive roles.
This support is particularly valuable during periods of transition, growth, or organizational strain—when leadership gaps, capacity challenges, or unclear systems can hinder progress. By bringing in seasoned executive perspective, organizations are able to stabilize operations, strengthen internal decision-making, and move forward with greater clarity.
Executive Advisory & Leadership Design
Executive Advisory & Leadership Design offers ongoing strategic partnership for leaders and organizations navigating complexity, transition, or misalignment within their leadership and governance structures. This work is grounded in the understanding that strong organizations require not just strong individuals, but well-designed systems that support effective leadership.
Through this advisory approach, leaders are supported in clarifying roles, strengthening governance practices, and aligning leadership across teams and boards. The work centers thoughtful decision-making, intentional structure, and the development of leadership systems that are both clear and sustainable.
The result is greater organizational coherence, stronger leadership alignment, and the ability to operate with intention—positioning organizations to move forward with clarity, confidence, and long-term impact.
Why This Work is Different
Most nonprofit leadership models ignore:
- Racialized power dynamics
- Blurred roles between governance and management
- Unclear decision-making authority
- How and where systems fail
We don’t.
We design nonprofit leadership conditions where clarity becomes care—and sustainability becomes possible.
Leadership Does not Have to be Carried Alone
When systems are clear, nonprofit leadership becomes shared.
When leadership is shared, sustainability becomes possible.
