Focused on social justice and racial equity, we provide tailored equity training for nonprofit organizations and their leaders, fostering environments that support staff, board members, and communities. Service Details: Workshops & Training: Interactive workshops designed for nonprofit teams, boards, and funders. Workshops for White Leaders and Funders: These workshops are designed to equip White leaders and funders with the tools and understanding necessary to actively support Black leadership and promote racial equity within their organizations. Workshops are offered every other month to foster deeper understanding and actionable support. Equity Strategy Development: Assistance in developing long-term strategies to promote diversity and equity within your organization.
